Privacy Policy

The No on 92 Coalition recognizes your trust and fully respects your privacy. Our coalition has adopted the following privacy policy for the use of this site. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the No on 92 Coalition by sending an e-mail. Please reference this Privacy Policy in your subject line.

We do not collect personal information from visitors without your permission. We only collect your personal contact information on this site, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address if you choose to provide it to us during your visit. This sort of personal information is gathered when you request to receive email news updates, correspond with us through this site, make a contribution to our campaign, or join our coalition.

As a member of our coalition, you will receive issue and campaign updates from our campaign team. We will never give or sell your name or information to another organization without your consent.

Our coalition collects information about our contributors, as required by Oregon state campaign public disclosure law, in order to include this information in our publicly filed financial disclosure reports.

If you make a contribution by credit or debit card, the credit or debit card information will be disclosed to the necessary financial institutions for transaction processing purposes. All credit card information is transmitted via secure encryption.

We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze trends, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

All confidential information provided to the No on 92 Coalition is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.

Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website at this location.
