The NO on is a broad and growing statewide coalition of family farmers, scientists, taxpayer advocates, food producers, businesses, organizations and consumers from across Oregon who have joined together to oppose Measure 92 on the November 2014 statewide ballot. This badly written measure would mandate a separate and costly food labeling system only in Oregon and would provide misleading and inaccurate information on food labels for Oregon consumers. It would also unfairly hurt thousands of family farmers and small businesses, and increase grocery costs for Oregon families by hundreds of dollars per year.
